We are currently planning for future growth and we are seeking to hire an organized and efficient IT professional to help us plan and implement projects of IT and IS infrastructure development. The core elements of the job are planning, executing, monitoring and controlling information technology projects (E-school, CRM, e-learning…) for CFVG.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Developing IT project plans, goals, and budgets; identifying resources needed
- Preparing requests for proposals and conducting all necessary meetings to facilitate selection of IT project services and products
- Planning and overseeing the preparation and dissemination of IT project communications.
- Organizing and managing all phases of the IT project to ensure on-time completion
- Manage basic project phases, coordinate and drive communication, facilitate decisions, and follow through on the execution of projects.
- Assembling and coordinating project team members; assigning individual responsibilities
- Keep organization leader and members informed of progress and changes through written or verbal communication and minimize our exposure of risks on a project.
- Identify and manage project risks
- Developing schedules and methods for measuring results
Qualifications
- Strong background of information technology, information system. Solid technical background with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
- Knowledge of open-source learning management system (LMS), e-learning system, online teaching and learning system is preferred
- Project Management and communication skills, proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector
- Ability to assess problems and solve them with a keen sense of urgency.
- Analytical and creative thinker.
Education and/or Experience
- Bachelors in Computer , information technology, information Systems
- Knowledge of Engineering, Program Management preferred
- 3 to 5 years work experience in the IT project management
- English written and verbal communication skills
