As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain financial records and ensure proper bookkeeping.
• Process payments, invoices, and financial transactions accurately.
• Prepare financial reports, budgets, and statements.
• Handle tax declarations, compliance, and audits in accordance with
• Vietnamese regulations.
• Manage payroll processing, social insurance, and employee benefits.
• Elaborate and manage cost accounting analysis per program and per campus
• Assist in financial planning and budgeting,  and cost control measures and provide.strategic recommendations to executive management
• Analyse and manage the risk policy
• Provide ad hoc analysis to support CFVG’s activities
• Lead and mentor the accounting team
• Review and optimize financial and accounting policies, regulations and softwares for efficiency, accuracy and relevance
• Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors when necessary

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in accounting or financial management.
• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting.
• Budgeting and cost accounting skills
• Proficiency in accounting softwares and Microsoft Excel.
• Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and problem-solving ability.
• Good communication skills in Vietnamese and English (French is a plus).
• Experience in public institutions is a plus
