You are invited to reply to our Call for collaboration in terms of legal services. You could post your offer from now to March 30, 2017 by proposing some key following contents.

CFVG (Centre Franco-Vietnamien de Formation à la Gestion) was founded in 1992 by an agreement between the governments of Vietnam, the Ministry of Education and Training and France, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Development(MAE). CFVG operates with the support of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Paris Ile-de-France (CCI) and two Vietnamese universities: National Economics University in Hanoi (NEU) and the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH).
CFVG’s programs include: the MBA (Master of Business Administration), the MEBF program (Master in Economics of Banking and Finance), the MMSS program (Master in Marketing Sales and Services), the PhD program and the MSCM (Master in Supply Chain Management) program. CFVG is now gathering more than 3000 Alumni all over Vietnam and abroad positioned at the highest positions in the biggest international and local corporates.
CFVG prepares its project of transformation to become the European Management University (EMU) in 2019. The CFVG BoM would like to look for the Vietnamese legal services in order to support the CFVG obtaining the EMU’s license.
You are invited to reply to our Call for collaboration in terms of legal services. You could post your offer from now to March 30, 2017 by proposing some key following contents:
- an outline of necessary steps in order to get the picture on what the CFVG has to achieve to get the license for the EMU.
- an outline of necessary steps to integrate the 2 Vietnamese public universities in the portfolio of shareholders.
- an outline of necessary steps to open the EMU in Hanoi and HCMC as the same time.
- your proposal on legal service offered for each step with the consulting fee & timeline.
